RMK Wind estimated. Mainly sunny after 15z yesterday, Cu dying
out but upper cloud increasing through the evening. Dry at first overnight,
but rain after 0415z, briefly violent near 0542z (68 mm/hr) and there was
thunder 0534 (first heard, but may have been some rumbles up to 10
minutes before) ceasing 0537z. Rain ceased at 0610z, but it remained
cloudy, with 7St for a time, now breaking and developing into Cu.
