RMK: Dry with lowering cloud but no rain here yet. It's
turning outto be a very wet month here. The first 17 days
of the month have produced a total of 127.7 mm of rain.
That's 155% of the average for the whole month of July
and we've still got almost 2 weeks of the month to go.
