RMK Wnd estimated. Dry after 15z yesterday with decreasing
amounts of Cu and increasing CiCs leading to a cloudy evening
but it became mainly clear for the early night, then a further
increase in medium/high cloud with base gradually lowering.
Cloudy since 06z with brief sunny intervals, and a few spits of rain near
0730z.
