So now the precedent is established, they can pretty much do and say
anything they want without fear of any consequences, without fear of

Can't discipline them because *GASP* they may be deported ! So I suppose

They should be deported together with the scum who allowed this
garbage to pollute our (once?) top schools.

Rabble rousing 3rd world Trash should absolutely be deported ,, Which
itself would cause even larger protests, riots and likely the colleges
losing out on some large sums of foreign/government $$.

Our higher education system is obviously broken, corrupt, agenda
motivated and desperately needs fixing.

Very true, sadly. The humanities/social sciences are basically destroyed,
the natural sciences/math/CS/engineering are more immune, but they are
also suffering, as both students and faculty are often chosen not by merit
but by race/ethnicity/country of origin/sexual orientation/God knows what.

This was already true when I was a grad student. There was this guy from
Africa, not stupid, was also a decent programmer, but nowhere near the
standard of a Ph.D candidate in that school. He totally failed the
qualifying exam, so the committee wrote "lack of formal knowledge, but
great potential for research", and he was allowed to continue.

So he sat there and programmed for a few years, got his degree, went
back, and is now faculty in the University of Johannesburg. No sarcasm
intended, he was a nice person, but well, that "great potential for
research" promise never materialized...

I assume that now it's even worse.
