Note that your motherboard has two video out and supports dual screens
*if* you pair it with a Ryzen that has integrated graphics. This is
probably cheaper than buying a separate graphics card at all.

If you go separates, any card you can buy will do dual monitors and
schoolwork. "Entry-level gaming" causes some concern though; what
non-gamers think of as 'entry level' may actually be pretty thirsty for
graphics. Minecraft, for example. Any idea what they'll be playing?
