We know he's an Irish citizen, arrived as an immigrant some two decades ago, we know he's in police custody, we know he will be facing justice for what he has done.

While knowing his full identity would be useful to you and other racists who want to push anti-immigrant hatred, use it to incite more attacks on the police and others, it's not useful for any other purpose.

And it does seem "lunatic" may in fact be the case. That it's got nothing to do with race or immigrant status at all, no matter how hard you and other racists pretend it has.
