If you had proper comprehension, you would have noted that I had written:
"I have first hand info about Russians and former USSR. I project from there"
which does not mean that I have first-hand knowledge of the war as you write:
"Do you have first-hand knowledge of the war without leaving
> >> Melbourne?"
As I know more about Russians, having been brought up with the likes of Putin,
in the glory days of the USSR, I am in a good position to sort out misinformation.

Where will the electricity generation come from?
You notice Biden Democrats don't care or think about planting
Same in Australia, we do have enough solar wind power but as yet no
storage.
As Solar wind power can over supply we as yet have no way of storing
this excess.
When green energy stops out you come with the candles.
South Australia claims to be fully self sufficient. but relieve on our
grid bringing in power from other states.
Worked until storms destroyed the High tension wires bringing in back
up.
Elon Musk tpo the rescue he sold the "BIG BATTERY" which provided 2
hours of power,
A "after it was built" finding was that it stablizes power for the
whole of Australia, if the grid has a glitch in micro seconds it fixes
that glitch and goes unnoticed, for the short time it takes to repair
that glitch. Not only in South Australia but all states. Big unknown
to Tesla and the world at the time.

Politicians only worry about getting their "snout and trotters" into
the tax payer funded "Quid Pro Quo" trough.
We have a Hydro project being built to use excess "Green Energy" to
pump water back into dam to be reused.
So far not completed or tested with the "Quid Pro Quo" doubling every
year since it was proposed in 2018. After/if it is built there will
then be a need to build power/ distribution nation wide.

What is the harm of for the Democrats validating the voting system.
Is it because the Democrats have something to hide?

Amazing to think that Lyndon Johnson perfected the
'sit-wait-see how many we need to win-then dump our
stuffed ballots at the last moment' electoral technique
in post-war Texas, and nothing has changed in US elections
in the 7 decades since.

The Left is fine with Vaccine Cards
but NOT voter IDs. Paying attention yet?

Depends on the car and charge rate, a slow charger might work at

Interesting. What is the cost of this "Big Battery" and dies it use
rare earth metals, then there is its life cycle to consider.

It is in fact by far the best way to do grid storage.

Much longer lived than anything else.

Main problem with that approach is that some countrys
like the UK just don't have anywhere they can do it on
the scale they need. We do and so does Norway and China.

The big *if* is if hydrogen batteries can become afordable.
I if America/Europe can start mass making them they will replace
Lithium and become affordable.
Just requries a empty hyrogen bottle to be easily clipped out and
another clipped in, 5000 watts is five times the capacity of the best
Electric car batteries.
Still baby steps, but looks good to me.
Hydrogen can easily be made from natural gas not sure of cost to
consumer.

No chance. And it would be china anyway.

Pity about the massive tank hydrogen requires.

But not a patch on what a tank full of petrol or diesel
can do and its only a light metal tank for those too.

Stupid price compared with using the natural gas instead.
