Nope harmless it is not high power and safe against terrorist attack.

The nuclear battery designs that are being developed are exceptionally
robust; that's actually one of the selling points for this technology.
The small physical size helps with safety in various ways. First, the
amount of residual heat that has to be removed when the reactor is
shut down is small. Second, the reactor core has a high
surface-to-volume ratio, which also makes it easier to keep the
nuclear fuel cool under all circumstances without any external
intervention. The system essentially takes care of itself.

Third, the reactor also has a very compact and strong steel
containment structure surrounding it to protect against a release of
radioactivity into the biosphere. To enhance security, we envision
that at most sites these nuclear batteries would be located below
grade, to provide an additional level of protection from an attacking
force.

Islamists behave the same way wherever they are allowed to infest.
They share tips and tricks on how to cheat the infidel. One of these
tips is that infidels never want to believe the extent and cynicism of
the islamist hatred toward them and to the west and its people. If the
infidel is given a choice between fighting for the truth with an
islamist, or paying him compensation as "piss off" money, they will
always take the latter. Another is that their religion sanctions any
illegal activity.

But again, there is no one they will need to attack.

They clearly haven't used to on Putin.

I live in Oz as I am now a citizen, with some undeniable rights under the rule of law. Oz is my home, love it here,
I came here to promote what is now called googling, back in 1989. I invented it, and published an original paper on it, back in 1987.
Based on that, and other aspects, I got a job in Telstra Research Labs in Melbourne where I worked for 17 years, till the labs were abolished by Howard's policies.

I did not want to stay here in Oz to begin with, but then I saw some very miserable, unhappy kids in 1990 and that made me make up my mind.
Family life in Oz was just horrible, then. Screechy feminists galore, with Marxist idiot-intellectuals, trying to destroy families, create divorces via promoting infidelities. A lot better, now.
I felt I had to stay here, for my presence and more importantly that of my family was necessary to the masses. That way, I followed the dictum of Comrade Lenin. The best people must remain *physically* among the masses, who will absorb excellence by induction.

Indians have been helped by me, in great measure. Long story, no point telling it to some devil of a USAn. I worked for 12 years in Development and Engineering in the largest electronics company in India. That too was very successful. I should have remained, but no one understood my work in googling, so I emigrated for a fresh start. I had no use of US, so Australia with its then socialist outlook was attractive.

Unfortunately there are too many subhumans like Rod and Petz and OrPooch and OrBitch here, who profile me out of reckoning based upon their prejudices. Such is their style, nothing to be done! There are so many of them, and they are good at one thing only. Suppression of the excellent. A most mediocre state of affairs, what. They call it, cutting down the tall poppy. You all gotta act dumb to survive. That is for the general case - in my case, I am blessed, so am still alive!

My point was that US had stolen India's top talent for several decades.
Kids went for higher education with the understanding they would use it for Indian development.
But they did not come back.
Had they remained in India, India would have been a superpower.
They chose to benefit themselves and their families maybe.
Good for them maybe, and US too, but not so for India.
So China has done so much better, as their best talents remain.
But in India, they were encouraged to leave by the Indian establishments.
They would have upset their power had they remained.

But staying away from the US is MOST healthy, nothing to do with Putin.
Putin mixes with USAns! Unhealthy.
So, bad for Russians. And for Ukrainians, too sad for words.
Ditto for Afghans, Libyans, Iraqis, Syrians.
I do not mix with anything USAn, so am healthy.

From an USAn point of view, maybe.
You USAns are mad. I am saner than anyone.
The mad lot thinking themselves sane may think me mad, as you do.

I am not on any medication, if that helps.
Nor am I wanted by the police, or anything like that.
My law and order record is perfectly clear and sound.
Never appeared in any court of law for any reason.

Then send me a shrink, if your bosses have the cash to pay its fees.
Let us see what it says.
Or send a journalist. That should be free. They are supposed to be curious, what?

Disproof as it turns out leading to a new set of inverse trigonometric identities.

You didn't do that with the masses in india, stupid.

Easy to claim and you clearly didn't stay in the masses there.

It is always politics when political decisions are made.
The labs were mainly about international standardization, cutting edge insights, practical issues in telecom, assisting business.
All these were in a socialist framework which became obsolete with the americanisation of Australia involving massive job cuts in public sector under an imported USA CEO in the Telstra case.
The world changed.
Anyway, it was good while it lasted.

Irrelevant to the point. They are all murderers - the leaders have to be so.. That is how revolutions work. Lenin was a great leader, caused lasting change. So very popular with the have-nots. Like it or not. His peaceful ideas I found are valuable, for he knew what the masses need. And provide for the best among them who stay with them. Works well, for mutual good health and other benefits.

True they did not come in chains like blacks, things are now more sophisticated.
What is force here? Bribery is a force. Theft is a force. Yes the problem is in India and difficult to solve without good rule from strong nationalist leaders.

> >Kids went for higher education with the understanding they would use it for Indian development.
> Was it in writing?

Irrelevant. It was about morality, not legality.
The general idea behind providing uni scholarships was that kids should use that knowledge for their nation's good.
They were not given expensive Indian education to benefit the US.
Some did return after their studies.

> >But they did not come back.

India is nowhere now in the region, unlike in the days of the British Raj.

They are now at least one generation ahead of India in all technical and economic developments.
I have been there, and so have many of my Indian friends.
Their advances are astounding.
India still has some freedom, but that is causing anarchy as much as causing individual happiness.

The entire Parliament was sacked, for treason under Whitlam
Constitutionally Parties are not recognised. So when a Government was
found to be removing ties to USA and Britain's orbit moving towards
that of the Communist and Third World powers, with strong support for
the "Arab lobby", Britain and USA would of found that treachery.

Arab financiers offered lower interest rates on governmental loans
than US banks/financiers. The Middle East at the time was awash with
"petro-dollars", as the price of oil quadrupled between 1973 and 1974.
Whitlam allowed Saudi Arabs to build a Mosque in Sydney/Lakemba.
Whitlam was a immoral communist working to remove ties to USA and
Britain's orbit moving towards that of the Communist and Third World
powers, with strong support for the "Arab lobby".
https://is.gd/IzhkxL

Whitlam did not want anti-communists to settle in Australia,
irrespective of whether they were genuine asylum seekers. Here his
stance differed from the position he took following the overthrow of
Salvador Allende's left-wing government in Chile in 1973.

Whitlam said on the ABC that Australia did not want “another
reactionary right-wing minority”. Foreign minister Don Willesee
pleaded with him to take more. Whitlam replied: “I’m not having those
f..king Vietnamese Balts coming into this country with their religious
and political prejudices against us.”

Whitlam opposed the entry of Vietnamese refugees, saying they stirred
no sympathy in him. He added: “There will be some resentment about the
people coming to Australia at a time of unemployment, and also people
from a very different way of life.”

In other words, Whitlam consciously stirred up ethnic and racial
prejudice against Vietnamese because he thought they might be
politically hostile to Labor.

Research is for creating opportunities for business to make profits.
For instance our work on cryptoanalysis led to standardisation for electronic purchases.
Just one example.

Rubbish. Socialism creates unlimited wealth. Capitalists steal from the works of the creative socialists, get rich, and pretend that capitalism works!

I mean what I say. All great leaders like say Caesar and Genghis Khan and Napoleon have a socialist outlook, for unification and global development.
Marxism is an aberration, to crush the formation of such leaders.

No that is what you American crazy and wicked fools are. Just hear what Prof Mearsheimer says - USA is to blame foro the mess in Ukraine.

In devious ways, over the long term, yes. Get rid of Putin, with all-round pressure and propaganda with local rowdies, put in their puppet clowns, and then rob the land without invasion. Create division, break-ups. Then grab more directly. Putin foresaw that, and took the necessary action.

Telstra management was hamstrung. Could not expand into other areas. But, Telstra made Australia what it is.
A vast trained set of rational manpower, properly guided with the socialist outlook, could have made Australia an industrial powerhouse.
No chance of that now. It is all mining and trade, apart from agriculture and the usual add-on stuff. Banks, insurance, health, sports, retail, energy, infrastructure, real estate.
Doing well there, so why worry. Leads to comfortable retirement, facilities, shows, etc.

They got a yank whose name I have forgotten after the Australian gentleman Mel Ward, who presumably did not favour mass sackings.

No, it is not corruption so much as treachery and infighting. The treacherous ones long in power - the Congress - encouraged corruption.
The present Govt. is nationalist and not as corrupt as the predecessors.
So there is progress as opposed to regress.
Nothing like China, though.

They are unknown in Australia.
They do not work well, anywhere. Take in too much power, and the barrels do not last long.

Prof. Mearsheimer answers questions, says he cannot see how this will end.
It could last for years unless something unforeseen happens.

He was and still is referring to Ukraine ambitions in 2006 to join
NATO never happened then, was not happening in 2022.

In 2013 Ukraine wanted to become part of the European Union which was
very popular with Ukrainians, Putin stepped in then and stopped it,
but offered Ukraine $1.5 Billion and third discount on Russian gas
price, this was not popular with Ukrainians. Zelensky was voted in to
restore a move for Ukraine to join the EU, not NATO

Putin is complacent with his war criminal tactics!
Now, Putin has shifted to Ukraine and is using the very same playbook
used to catastrophic effect in Syria and Chechnya. (The Kremlin,
meanwhile, denies war crimes and says Russian military forces are not
targeting civilians. Just Russian lies, they always have done this
nothing new)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Keelhaul
Always targeting heavily, residential civilian areas with hospitals
and schools, forcing civilians to flee from danger. He has created
columns of refugees and destroyed the fabric of society.

All Ukraine had to do was to say they would remain neutral.
But they wanted to be part of NATO, just as Sweden and Finland now.
Had they remained neutral, they would have got benefits from both sides.
Or they could have split amicably as in Czechoslovakia.
But they chose to persecute ethnic Russians.
Bad idea, when Russia is so near. And still powerful, with nukes.

Forgetting the 2014 coup and the 14000 Russians killed in the Donbass, are we?
Zelensky is evidently a CIA agent, out to ruin Ukraine for the good of US military-industrial complex, trying out new technology, etc.
Yes elections can be won by a foreign agent when there is a lot of money and the people are stupid.

Why not, he is winning.
Sanctions against Russia are not working too well.
He will get ruble payment for gas from some EU states like Austria. Some change there!
He can thus occupy Ukraine at leisure. Grab the shoreline first.

Putin blocked ISIS in Syria. And suchlike terrorists in Chechnya.
Whereas USA bolted from Afghanistan. Leaving behind lots of weapons, gifts to Taliban!
Putin is running rings around Biden.
As I expected.
Putin is so smart, while his opponents are stupid.
Just look at you and Rod.

Who knows who is causing what.
Prof M says USA is to blame.
He is no Russian, nor a fool.
> try reading some truth instead of commie supporting liars.

The US ambassador to Russia is a commie-supporting liar? I don't think so.
Stupid people do not see reality.
They stick to their prejudices.
Especially when they are pigheaded as well.
