They have a whining noise but not louder.

Nothing is ever that black and white, stupid.

And population is fixing itself. Birth rates have dropped dramatically

Something useful MAY happen when this lot is kicked out.
The Libs have done nothing for industry, let alone industrial research.
Labour should have more use for the labour in industry, as opposed to feeding the top fatcats.

Not that any Labour brooms are new here, but they are hungry for their feed and
may do something good for a change.
It is a matter of HOPE, from a different set of snouts. Or are they really different??

Overly hopeful, maybe, to hope anything good from all these guys, but democracy works that way.
These days Labour does not seem too Marxist, that is, not that anti-family any more.
When they were that way, in the 90s, John Howard got power.
He kept it by waging war on refugees, till his love for US hegemony became overwhelming.

Now, Labour really needs to house renters, and create productive jobs by industrial growth.

Dumbfuck, not all are Chinese millionaires or spoilt brats of rich parents.
Those who do not have the money to own it all need help.
What better than the Govt. itself.

Typical canned response from the gassy estab. robot Rod, when cornered.

This stupid gassy robot cannot understand simple issues affecting humans.
Just parades the estab. line, robot after all.

Dumbfuck, you can't own a house if you don't have the money and the
banks won't loan you enough.
This is for the programmers of such a dumbfuck robot as Rod.
Better up your game.

>

Dumbfuck gassy robot being robotic again.

People must be really fools, to give any credibility to so great a dumbfuck!
But then, there is no limit to human stupidity, as the programmers of
such dumbfuck robots know very well.

In any sane and wise society, the support of such dumbfuck gassy robots as Rod would be damning
for electoral chances.

Mindlessly stupid socialist bullshit. And they do get help, they
both got the $50K HomeBuilder grant from the federal govt.

Stupid to have the govt owning 40% of the house. Fuck that.

How odd that both my mates managed that fine.

In fact no one I know doesn't own their own house now.

If you are in your 50s and not yet have an house, you are an exception not the rule.
Here where I live people in their 20s had houses, now they have huge houses after 30 years.
(If they have not broken up, had other problems, etc.)

I had my house after only two years' worth of work in Melbourne.
That was in 1991.

The reason was that it cost then $92000, but the interest rate was 13%.
Now it is the other way around
Similar house - as I had then - now would be $600000 in the same area, now not such an outer suburb.
But interest rates are very low, salaries are higher, so people can buy in the outer suburbs.

In the inner suburbs, prices start from $1000000 for a half-decent dwelling.
If Govt. puts in $400000 then young people like my kids need not go to the outer suburbs.
House prices in inner suburbs would be held up, which would help me when I sell my house.

> > Those who do not have the money to own it all need help.
> Mindlessly stupid socialist bullshit. And they do get help, they

Is $400K more than $50K or less?
Surely a capitalist pig can answer this correctly!

> > What better than the Govt. itself.
> Stupid to have the govt owning 40% of the house. Fuck that.

Since the Govt paid 40% it does own 40%.
That can be repaid.
In the meantime the kids do not get finished by paying huge mortgages.
They have more certainty, their own space, and they do not get kicked out by landlords every 1-2 years.

Main point is that they are not renting and living in the home they want, but cannot afford now.

And nobody is forcing them anyhow. If they do not like the deal, they do not have to take it.
Of course, the Govt should also pay 40% of the state taxes for the sale.

As I see it, it is win-win for all, so a brilliant strategy from Labour.
More importantly, Labour shows it cares for those who are struggling.

One does not buy the whole company when one buys some shares!
But can a badly programmed gassy robot that is Rod comprehend this?
Major software update required here.
