Sunny intervals and mainly slight wintry showers, beginning
as snow pellets then turning increasingly to snow. Moderate
showers of snow pellets at 1305Z and 1336Z, produced slight
temporary accumulations of up to half cover. Some of the Cu
over the English Channel looks quite deep while the clouds
inland appear to be flatter. Visibility very good but with
sudden deteriorations to moderate or poor in the showers.
Wind NE'ly F3-4. Sea state slight.
