Targeted assassinations have always been legally dubious at the best of times but Israel and Mossad have always embraced them, even going so far as to use stolen and faked British passports to facilitate their murdering.

The biggest diplomatic rows between America and Israel have been over Israel's insistence she is entitled to operate assassination squads on US soil and that murdering innocent Americans and others in pursuit of her goals is entirely legitimate and justified.

Israel and her propagandists have always insisted Israel has cart blanche to murder whoever she wants, anywhere in the world, and it's just tough shit for innocent people caught up in Israel's murder sprees.
