I suppose he plans to make up the £32,000 drop in salary by taking on other jobs and reducing his time spent on constituents. Or by taking bungs for lobbying.

Freeman doesn't think the tories will win the next election - He's likely right, and he's part of the reason why.

£118,300 - £24,000 = £94,300

If he can't afford to live on £94,300 after paying housing costs I would suggest he hasn't so much got a mortgage payment problem as a Hooch and Hookers problem which he needs to get under control, or he needs to find a cheaper dealer.

But I think we can say, whatever he's smoking, it's pretty good stuff.
