The 2021 Playfair still has his bowling style as LB, while the Sky TV
coverage for the current match gave it as OB. Certainly all the
deliveries I saw him bowl turned from off to leg (when they turned at
all). He does seem to bowl the ball from the back of the hand, though,
so I wondering whether he could be a wrist-spinner who can only bowl
googlies. His action, with its strange whirl of arms and legs, rather
reminds me of the South African bowler of 20 or so years ago, Paul
Adams, though of course he was a left-armer.
