Looking at the Tel$tra post pay bring your own phone plans, and none of
them are available with e sims. Specifically excluded in the "need to
know" blurb.

Not that it affects me, but wondering what the issue is here?

There aren't enough phones that can use them
or enough demand for them to bother yet.
