An exaggeration perhaps, but not anywhere near as wild as you'd like to
think. Albanese is certainly extremely left, and the only significant
difference between a hard left Socialist and a Communist is who's
portrait you have hanging in your office: Marx or Lenin :)

As far as Dutton goes, I think most within his party see him as a bit of
a Nazi. He's stuck his hand up to be leader of the Libs, and if he gets
the gig I think that will keep them in the political wilderness for some
time as he is an *extremely* acquired taste. Unless, of course, the
Labor party completely fucks things up and the people vote them out
regardless of who's in the top job on the other side just like they did
when they voted Liberal despite Tony Abbott being leader.

Anyone who thinks the Labor party isn't full of Commo's is a delusional
fuckwit. They've been masquerading under the banner of a "socialist
movement" since their inception, and have been a member of the Socialist
International movement for almost 50 years from 1966 until it obviously
looked like a bad idea to be seen as associating with radial leftist
organisations :)

Also, it's not like my almost showroom condition Subaru will be scrapped
when I sell it. Right now, it's worth a significant chunk on the second
hand market. It will find lots more use after i sell it. Further: I've
noted a couple of things about Subarus:

* People seem to keep them for a very long time. Much longer than other
brands. Make of that what you will.
* They seem to command quite respectable second hand prices. Again: Make
of that what you will.

Don't know about people keeping them longer, we didn't although we might
still have the WRX if my wife hadn't broken her ankle and can no longer
drive a car with a heavy clutch.
As for them retaining their value that certainly isn't my experience
after owning 3 of them, nearly didn't buy the WRX after we were offered
a low price on the Forester trade in which was in as new condition with
low kms, if you disregard the recent crazy sh car prices where just
about every sh car has gone up I've not seen anything that makes me
believe that Subaru's hold their value better than most other makes.

If he's a commo then he'll start to try to nationalise stuff, which
would get him kicked out at the next election anyway. Extreme left is
also an exaggeration.

He got back in by a small majority, in his favour (not that I like him)
he's probably more honest than scomo, and he isn't a God botherer.

I don't think that there are any rabid commos there, there may be those
whose views are at odd with yours, but that doesn't make them commos. If
there were then the Libs would have been plastering the fact all over
the headlines, just like their founder did back in the 50s.

There's nothing to make. Their used prices generally aren't any better
or worse than that of anything else. Generally the only exception to
that rule is with Toyota, and particularly their off-road capable
vehicles like Hilux and Land Cruiser. They have a cult status that sees
idiots pay far more money for them than they would for buying almost
anything else, and usually anything better :)

He *is* an arrogant cunt of a thing though, and he has some pretty
extreme views.

As to Morrison's, or anyone else's, religious beliefs I really couldn't
care less. As long as they're not ramming it down anyone else's throat
or letting it interfere with how they do their job they can believe in
fucking Unicorns for all I care.

You understand how Socialism and Communism are related, and that the
Labor party was founded on Socialist ideals, right?

They even colour themselves *Red* for fuck's sake :)

There is nothing remarkable about Subaru that I have seen either in
resale value or in retention compared to other makes. I doubt very much
if Subaru would better Toyota in either department, for instance.

Where are you getting your data from or is this a case of selection bias?

No he isn't.

You have already proven that you have NFI and there is really no further
evidence of it needed.

He wasted a ton of parliamentary time with his religious discrimination

There is a difference, even if you can't see it, between having

Indeed. The difference is that people in here aren't sticking their
hands up to run the country.

This is complete bullshit.

The "ton of parliamentary time" wasted on the bill came from the people
who objected to it, and there was indeed a call for the bill to be
tabled which came directly from the people who were most adversely
affected by the anti discrimination laws: Namely religious based
educational facilities.

Here's the thing. I don't have a religious bone in my body and I see
religious based schools as not only a complete waste of time but
bordering on indoctrinating bullshit. However, if you're going to allow
them to exist, as we do, then they should be allowed to select who they
want to have on their staff based on their religious beliefs.

Don't worry Keith. The joke went so far over your head you could barrel

2006 Impreza traded on a 2010 Forester then Forester traded on a 2015
WRX, WRX sold privately for about $5k more than the best trade in offer
from any dealer including on a new Impreza.
When we were negotiating to buy the WRX I got up and started to walk out
of the showroom due to the low price they offered for our Forester trade
in, that got their attention and we were then able to negotiate a
satisfactory result.
With the crazy prices of used cars right now the WRX is worth about $5k
more than what we sold it for about 18mths ago.
