The assailants in the Bishopgate attack today were cyclists.
At least one was armed with a knife.
Several people were stabbed.

If cycles were required to have number plates at least there may be some
chance of tracking them via CCTV etc., even if the bikes were stolen etc.

Two is company, three is an orgy.
