‘Inconsiderate cycling’ is contrary to Section 29 of the Road Traffic act
1988, and is an offence that on conviction can lead to a fine of up to
£1,000.

Why haven’t we heard more about this?

are frequent offenders?

Never heard of a case, perhaps because cyclists are kind of hard to
identify, not having number plates…
