Obviously very different. The government will be able to remove Ukrainians it tried to dissuade from coming here in a year or two but we will be lumbered forever with Palestinians once Israel has eradicated their homeland.

The government might have offered 3 million Hong-Kongers the opportunity to come here but there's no way they are going to open the door to 2.2 million Muslims displaced by Israel's ethnic cleansing.
