That's easy - They are lying.

As Colonel Kemp would tell us, the imperative is to eradicate Hamas and it doesn't matter if anyone gets in the way; civilians have to be murdered to ensure Hamas members who hide amongst them are killed.

They consider it moral to murder on any scale simply to kill others.

And it's an enclave of "sub-human garbage" who deserve to die anyway, and anyone there is aiding the enemy, so it doesn't much matter if they are murdered; no one should care or shed a tear for the murdered.

It's very simple and easy to understand if you can think like a Nazi. As Kemp does, as Netanyahu and his far-right government do.
