My father-in-law seems to have got himself invited to the Pre-TT
Classic, with cheap accommodation in Castletown, and told to take his
work clothes so he can help in the pits.

He's travelling as a foot passenger from Heysham. Any recommendations
for where he can park his car for a week?

Not really an answer but, if he is a foot passenger, then maybe a train
to Heysham and walking the 100ft to the 'Benny' might be simpler?

That might have been an option, but I think he's on the 02:15 crossing.
The only train to Heysham seems to get in at 13:13. I don't suppose he
wants to wait around for over 12 hours, and the train fare seems to be
as much as a week's parking.
