Here's an interesting one.

Safari can’t open the page.

The error is: “The operation couldn’t be completed. No space left on
device”
(NSPOSIXErrorDomain:28)

Obviously, Apple's server has run out of disk space.

I would suggest, that your devices run out of disk spaces if at all.
Empty the cache and history. Restart your devices and check. Sometimes
it is only a temporary glitch. Had that already a couple of times. Isn't
that whole private relay thing still in the beta-stage?
