The last English leg spinner to take 10 wickets in match before Salisbury was probably Tommy Greenhough of Lancs or just possibly Bob Barber of Lancs and Warks ,

Luke Hollman returned these figures for Mddlesex against Sussex:

20 5 65 5 first innings
28 6 90 5 second innings

48 11 155 10 match

Hollman will be 21 next week

.... but he did take 10 v Northants at Chesterfield in 2018.
