I use plastic milk 'bottles' as watering cans for my house plants and
hanging baskets.. I drill holes in the cap to limit the flow, but a
screw-on nozzle would help.
I'm sure I've seen one - can anyone locate a source?

There are standard screw on ones for lemonade bottles.
