Got up here for the first time in nearly 3 months. Was greeted at the
gate by Bob.

https://imgur.com/a/4QLjKQ7

Had to go into town, and he's blocking my access to the gate -> 2nd pic.
Get back from town an hour later, and watch him slither off into the
scrub again.

Gumboot time.

Hate to break it to you Darren but snakes don't do the "big sleep"
thing, more commonly known as *hibernation*. That tends to be reserved
for *mammals*. Ectotherms, such as snakes and lizards, undergo a
dormancy state known as *brumation* where they have a decreased heart
rate, body temperature and metabolism and are, as a direct consequence,
*less active*. They don't eat during this time but they do need to drink
water. They also don't actually sleep as such but they are much less
visible. Just because you don't *see* the snakes about, that doesn't
mean they aren't there. So, if you see a *big fat* snake, he's been out
of brumation for a while and has been fattening up since becoming active.

What do you think snakes do Darren? They are the perfect *active* rodent
trap since they go after the rodents.

You haven't learnt much about snakes since you moved into snake country.
That is only to be expected.

You don't need to when you have snakes around. Fuck you are stupid.

Not a clue about snakes yet Darren lives in one of the most snake
riddled urban areas ever. The only rodent in his vicinity is Darren
himself!

Which website did you steal this from, Tomas? For fucks sake, your
knowledge of wildlife is stuff of legend. "Kangaroos are not protected",

He just *has* to be an "expert" about everything, doesn't he? His

An *expert* Darren? I learnt all this stuff in my school days from ~60
years ago and on through my high school years. Biology Darren, a subset
of *science*, I had biology classes from grade 5 or thereabouts right
through high school. What's more, that basic biology hasn't changed
particularly much over the past 6 decades so what I learnt then is
*still relevant* today, not obsolete hence not forgotten.
FYI, if you had paid attention in biology classes (if you had them), you
would have learnt that snakes in the hotter climes are out and about all
year round. Up here, snakes are even active *at night* dependent upon
ambient temperatures and definitely active on winter days when the sun
is out. Here in town we don't get frosts but up in the hinterland they
do. FWIW, it's the frosts (and snow) that will kill off snakes if they
get caught out in the open when night falls in the hinterland.

But *you* should know this stuff since you live in a very snaky place in
a temperate climate zone. FFS, you even *share* your house with snakes,
you posted pics that prove it. Just what did you learn in your 9 failed
years of *basic education* Darren? Are you not capable of learning about
biology from your *direct experience* with snakes? After all, it's
always been you spouting on about direct *experience* being *relevant*
yet here you go showing you're not even capable of learning from that.

> inferiority complex is ferocious, and it must eat him alive. What an

Do I really need to point out to you that, by attacking my knowledge,
*you* are putting *your inferiority complex* on display for all to see
and, yes, it does appear to be eating you alive. And then some!

> absolute shame no one around here gives a fuck about anything he has to
> say :)

And immediately you make your own words a *lie* since it is patently
obvious to all and sundry that *you care* about what *I say*. You don't
care, you claim I'm killfiled, yet here you ar responding to my posts.
You really aren't all that bright Darren. Calling you a *dim bulb* gives
you far more credit than you deserve.

Darren *kills* snakes? Isn't that somewhat *illegal*?? Protected even??

Nah, the resident rat walks on two legs.

Well, there's a farm paddock over his back fence so must be, at a
minimum, at least marginal for farming. But you're right, it does look
like crap land. It is a mesa after all, so just a veneer of topsoil on a
caprock.

So you learnt oceanography, AND meterology, in geography classes, in
BOTH primary and secondary school. Just how fucked is education in
Tasmania? No wonder i call you "shit fer brains".

And now, you expect others to believe you actually learnt about
herpetology in biology classes in primary and secondary school...

Did you also do cookery and astrophysics in home economics?
Pottery and Space shuttle construction in woodwork?
Electrical and plumbing in music?

He's a total failure at everything he comments about. Especially stuff
like this:

Alan Moffatt's Factory works GTHO at Bathurst in 1972, where it set the
fastest lap in qualifying to secure pole position, and went on to set
the lap record in the race. 351 naturally aspirated Ford Cleveland
engine running a Dominator carb :)

How about this one?

This unsighly yellow GTHO was an entrant into the 1972 Australian
Touring Car Championship where it was piloted by a total fruitcake by
the name of Kinsley Hibbard. The car was built by Ron Harrop who was a
man that needs no introduction when it comes to performance vehicles,
and it was equipped with a naturally aspirated 351 Cleveland engine
built by Harrop himself and fitted with a Holley Dominator carb.

It was also the fastest sedan that Bathurst had ever seen in the day,
with a top speed down Conrod straight of 182 miles per hour :)

Clearly he has about as much of a clue about automotive related topics
as he does about anything else. He is far and away *the* most remarkably
clueless "expert" that I've ever come across in my life, and there is no
possible way he could have *ever* have been a teacher as this clueless
cunt couldn't teach anyone how to catch a fucking cold.

Yes Darren, *your tale* was an impossibility. A Ford 4V head on a Chev
block - for a start that alone is just so much bullshit.

I explained how it all works Darren. All you do is post pictures. It's
all you can do because you have no idea how it all works. But, as has
been clearly shown, you are ineducable. Not only that, you're a fraud!

Yes it is as they pose no threat. He posted a photo of a dead snake in a
trap, dead, and it is illegal. I have the photo and together with the
post attached they incriminate him.

Of course it would go well with his story of borrowing a rifle and
shooting unlawfully on his property. Something else he incriminated
himself on (and possibly his neighbour).

Yep, climate change will have them breeding up in ever increasing
numbers and by summer they'll be coming for you in droves. You might
need to invest in a heap of these things before they're sold out....
