England only lost 4-0 so we're keeping Deadwood until after windies at least.

However I thought Waugh had already said Langer could continue, and as SW has
already ruled himself out of the India job, he can only be holding out for when
England have a vacancy ;)

I will go out and say that if England had a full and fit squad they could have won the Ashes. Lets face it, the Australian batting was not that good and that is the big embarrassment for England

a couple of fast bowlers who along with Wood would have made the Australian batting look terrible

If they had put Broad against Warner in first Test and had held their catches anything would have been possible

A fully fit Stokes, Archer and Stone would have been a big help, but the
batting would still have been alarmingly weak, and I think the only
difference would have been that the margin of defeat was smaller.
