Considering the number of problems he's had you've got to wonder if he's going to make it back again

Apparently this is the 11th time that he's known to have suffered
concussion. I think if he's wise he will call time on his cricket
career, though he'll understandably be reluctant to do so. Hopefully no
significant long-term damage will yet have been done.

Repeated concussions often mean you're likely to have future concussions from lesser incidents.
To me the fact that this one was triggered by something in the warmup suggests that it was pretty minor - especially as it seems like it wasn't considered serious enough for him to be sent off to be checked before he came out to field.

The time he's taken to recover from the last one suggests that he's got some damage.

Shaun Graff has described the incident now
“It was fairly innocuous to be quite honest, it was a ball that just scraped his face and he was okay, then he started to get a little bit of a headache,” Graf told SEN Breakfast.
“He went back out and he fielded but he had to come straight back off, he felt nauseous and they’re all the symptoms of a concussion."
