In an innings of 53 lasting 19 overs, no extras doesn't seem particularly unlikely. England conceded no extras in an innings of 329 in 95.5 overs at Chennai last year.

https://www.espncricinfo.com/series/england-tour-of-india-2020-21-1243364/india-vs-england-2nd-test-1243385/full-scorecard

Much rarer is two spinners bowling unchanged throughout a completed Test innings. AFAICS, the last time that happened was at Sydney in 1901/02, when Jack Saunders and Monty Noble bowled England out for 99. Noble and Hugh Trumble also did it in the previous Test.

I always like to see no extras regardless of the match. Though it's
easier to not give any away in timed cricket than in a limited overs
match.

In one of my first games as umpire an English lad came on to open the
bowling at my end. His first ball was wide, he bowled his 10 overs
right through and although he never took a wicket never conceded
another run.

It was more or less "deja vu all over again" today: 80 all out in 23.3 overs, with Maharaj taking another 7 (for 40) and Harmer another 3 (for 34). There were 7 extras this time though.

South Africa had just made 176/6 so it doesn't seem like it was unplayable
It seems like it was turning but the byes were 2 when a full ball just beat the bat and 4 when one went down leg

They did turn but doesn't seem like it was that tough to keep on.

It's good to see Harmer at last getting a chance for SA. He's been the
best spinner in the County Championship for several years now.
