Yeah, that's how I found out that "Documents & Sync" is what is eating up my data, but I don't know what that is made up of or how to stop it. It's under "System services", so it's iOS that's doing it. I backup & sync my phone to my Mac, and thanks to lockdown, I'm not out of the house that much, so I'm totally puzzled as to why it's sending so much data over mobile data (about 2.5 GB in this billing period).

As an experiment I've turned off mobile data on everything except the bare essentials & will turn them back on one at a time.
