I updated my other laptop to Win 11 last night, so here is the
definitive answer about browsers. see this screenshot

showing Brave and Vivaldi running quite happily, and Chrome is also
installed.

You cannot uninstall Edge from the Settings app but there are still ways

  I`ve uninstalled edge from win 10 twice, and it keeps getting
reinstalled!. I guess there is a way, but for now i simply ignore it.... ;)

As far as I am concerned it can stay there, it ain't doing anything. If
I get really short of space it may go, but since I just added a 512GB
SSD that is unlikely in the short term.
