Moeen is the man for the job and I'd back him to do a good job.

Pakistan is suffering serious flooding right now. The loss of life is
a big number and counting. When people are watching the games on tv
don't forget that within maybe an hour or two drive people are dying
in the chaos.

No, it's absolutely normal for the vice captain to lead the side in the absence of the captain. How come such a great cricket expert like you didn't already know that?
Can you tell me if you think the vice captain shouldn't lead the side and why not?
