Is "Oh Bless" a new form of expression? It comes from, usually, young
women on the 'phone in response to pretty well everything I say, and these
are people who don't know me so don't know my age.

I'm busy house hunting which is the source of many of he comments and the
expression, "there are only two types of people in the housing market, the
quick and the homeless".

Not all that new. It might be used by the same people who say that "X
passed" instead of "X died", and who speak of "loved ones" instead of
"friends and family". Shudder.
