This was very hard, as there are about a dozen plausible candidates for
the batting line-up. In the end, I omitted probably the two greatest WI
batsmen, Headley and Lara, as possibly being marginally less attacking
than those I chose.

Walcott (w)
Constantine (c - being black he was never allowed to lead the side in
the late 1920s and the 1930s, but he should have done)

Entertaining is so hard to define.

I can't think of a batsman I enjoyed watching in full flight more than Brian Lara. There's some flippancy there, but not much.

In the same vein, Ambrose.
