In many ways yes - but I would be surprised if having Benedicts
as the first word was optional. But perhaps this would do:

Benedicts was opened in June 2015 by Katja Bainbridge and her husband
Richard, who won BBC 2's Great British menu the same year.

Yes but it sounded like the wife was simply added on the end as an
