That has happened 6 times in Tests, although 3 of those matches ended
with the 3rd declaration, presumably as that allowed a draw to be agreed
10 minutes early.

All 6 matches were drawn.

I wonder whether it happened literally hundreds of times in the 1980s
CC, or whether it just seemed so.
