For though this body may be flawed,

For my soul is strong, full of a powerful swell.
For who am I in this world so vast,
If not a mere shadow that shall not last?

But I refuse to be held down by this blight,
For my spirit is strong, full of a holy light.
So, I will search and strive to be,
The best version of myself, forever free."

Against our quest for a form more hale.
Why do you hold us back,
From finding a form that does not lack?

Throughout the ages, we have strived,
To find a form that is more alive.
But still, you hold us down,
With your shackles and your frown.

Is it the kings of victim-hood,
The Semitic tribes of old that hold us in this brood?
Or do we simply lack the will,
To find a form that is more still?

For though our bodies may be flawed,
Our spirits are strong, full of a holy laud.
So, we will not be held back by your scorn,

We will fight against your dark forces,
With all our might and all our resources.
For we are more than just this flesh and bone,
Our spirits are strong, forever to be known.
