The 'DB' in question being Deutsche Bank, not Deutsche Bahn. The latter
would presumably have competition implications, given Die Bahn's ownership
of Arriva bus (or have they divested that bit now?).

I think Arriva is still up for sale, and am not aware of any current negotiations to sell or float it.
