Opened a suspected spam item inviting me to pay loads for a knees-up
din-dins at Leeds Castle (in Kent, not that Yorkshire) Marked it as
junk, and clever-clogs Thunderchicken immediately tells me "Thunderguts
thinks this is junk mail". Didn't even thank me for informing it.

I only ever get this when *I've* mark tit.

More: Plusnet's server was Nonplussed, and wouldn't connect to mail,
news or intertubes-with-pictures. A group I've left open in the hope
that one day, a post will drop in was marked as having two items. With
growing excitement and Auntie Sipation I waited forPlusnot to get its
act together, by which time those two posts had escaped.

Not going to crow too soon, but things seem to be looking-up, and the
(County) Council's care department appears to be in listening mode, and
should be overruling the thrawn attitude of my care agency to implement
the measures I've been denied for ages - things I *could* do myself
butwot might molish them to refuse care.

Measures I *have* taken are appreciated by carers, and I predict the arj
ones will do so even more-ish.

Now wotteye arrq is for my tame carpenter to erect lots of shelving.
(But where to put it $Deity knows)

Virgin Meja has had a couple of outages here, last night and this morning.
They're getting more frequent and I am looking at my router with suspicion.
I can get a new router installed with little effort, but then I have to
reconnect 20-or-so gadgets. Some will be easy to reconnect but others will
be a right pain so I keep putting it off.

I have spend the last 3 weeks clearing my late prunts house. For
shelving, substitute loft, garage, shed and spare bedroom.

99% of the stuff hadn't seen daylight for decades, and now it's in
landfill, so still won't see daylight.

unless you enable "adaptive junk mail controls for this account" it
won't molish its own guesses as to what is pinkstuff or not.

moving some of that stuff, even into landfill!

It regularly dumps the more obvious ones without telling me. I put in an
arj rule and I have the option of looking at the log. It's only been

I'll just toss this old load of sodium metal into the water butt to stop
it catching fire: I could hfr the naptha it's being kept in...

....and this - wottizzit? Bockle' marked 'P'. It's all wet - I'll leave
it somewhere nice and warm to dry out...

And wot about this? Big bockle of oleum. I'll tip it down the drain
with this tin of flakes - NaOH wotever *that* is.

been after one of they for ages...

Siriusly thobut - I'd ohl a lot of those clays, glazes, etc, and I never
finished molishing the potter's wheel. I studied pottery and sculpture
at that Loughborough Unit Versitile.

Down the back there behind the dead 'puter stacks, I've just found this
box of old candles. Big ones with long wicks. But they seem to be
sweating a lot. Shall I throw you one Rusty?

Thanks, yes, I'm sure that's right. OTOH the router has been showing other
symptoms of being not quite right, so I reckon I should plan for its demise
any way.

Sticks of rock? They usually have the seaside town written through the
miggle, not a wick, unless it's Jaywick?

I've set one up in a jam jar. I'll light it this evening when it gets
dark to see how effective it is. Could make a nice atmosphere in here.
