I thought that was a pretty good performance by England, given how much
more the ball did in the first 10-15 overs of their innings than it did
subsequently. Woakes and Topley seemed "under-cooked" and were
expensive, but Stone and Curran were good, and Brook, Butler and Ali
all batted well.

I had to go out at around 11:45, when England's innings had about 7
overs to go, so I set my box to record from 11:45 to 12:20.
Unfortunately I overlooked that by default times that you set are
assumed to be PM.

the middle order had a better time than the 1st match, and i thought
in the circumstances 342 was a pretty good recovery. big diff was
Saffy batting; unlike england they didnt waste the opening that kock and
temba had given them.

that must be ali's first 50 for ages, cos on another forum they were
saying hes done nothing much with the bat etc etc, but his bowling
was carted. So who else can we woof against?
