Yorkshire pleaded guilty to an undisclosed England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) charge of losing witness documents relating to the Azeem Rafiq racism case.

Amended charges were announced three weeks ago of "failing to take adequate action" but it has now emerged new claims relate to evidence going missing.. buse went missing.
