Latest update from Arqiva!!!

Updated 19/03/2025

Arqiva are pleased to announce the commissioning of the 195th relay
station to restore services following the Bilsdale incident the other
year. Mrs Doris Scroggie of the nearby St Johns church said that "it
will be nice the seven and six rent they were getting for the roof, but
they didn't need the telly station as they had 't new fibre installed a
few years ago and that worked fine for them"

A further incident was reported last night a real gale was blowing in
the area! Mr Noah Arkwright who lives in a croft cottage near the ill
fated mast said;

Eee! Heck t'where blowing a rum 'un when i heard a loud crashing noise i
said to 't missus that it sounded like t' wind had taken roof of the
outside privvy!, she told me to shut the feck up and stop having mad
dreams about her, to stop fumbling around in her night dress and get
back to sleep!.

The following morning the mast had disappeared, several saw cuts caused
by an angle grinder were found on the wires that kept the mast up. Nowt
was found of the said mast but Sgt Moses Arkenshaw of the central York's
constabulary said that; They were following up several leads all over
the roads that led them to see that several Pikeys were seen queuing up
at the local scrappies with quite a lot of ferrous scrap to flog!.

Mr Arkwright commented further that;

"It were a right rum do that!, amazing how many poor sheep tried to
cushion the fallen mast but its reckoned that he'll now have 't buy
another 18 freezer's so some good as come from bad"

Update ends....
