Anyone know what the erp per channel/mux of the temp mast at Bilsdale
will when it (supposedly) comes to life at 06h00 tomorrow (13th Oct)?

It's about 18dB above the Sutton bank signals, as received here. The
ones in the 40s and the one on 55 are a bit lower than the others.

Knowing the type of kit that may have been installed at Cleeve Dyke (aka
Sutton Bank) I would guess TX output of 50W with maybe 14dB antenna
gain, ignoring cable loss that would suggest about 1250Werp.
18dB up on that will be somewhere around 75-80KW.

I would agree that that should restore the estimated 90% coverage of the
old mast.

I presume Sutton Bank / Cleeve Dyke is this mast

The Freeview postcode checker indicates 100kW for 'Temp' Bilsdale (same
as the original mast)

Arncliffe Wood is 325 watts
