Having had the lurgy for the past couple of weeks I've been isolating at
home, and thus had the time, between radio programming, to binge watch
some TV drama on iPlayer, TVX and All4 whilst I cough.

I'm finding most new stuff 'Boat Story' for example, as being comic book
crap. I only watched it because one of my neighbours is in it, innit.

But so far, the best has been 'Happy Valley', all three series, watched
for the second time*. And before that 'Last Tango in Halifax'. They are
unpredictable, believable, and extremely well acted by some of the best
cast currently around.

I am so looking forward to Sally Wainwright's latest creation, 'The
Ballad of Renegade Nell', a series about a female, highwayman!

Have also watched 'Detectorists' and 'Early Doors', both for the third
time, best described as pure therapy and a good laugh.

But do Sheddi have other recommendations for a good TV watch? (Don't
suggest 'Vigil', the latest BBC offering. About as likely as 'Dr Who'.)

*It's amazing what you miss the first time round.
