According to Hospital Episode Statistics (HES), cycling non-collision
Incidents (NCIs) -incidents in which no other road user was involved-
accounted for 10,737 hospital admissions during 2016/2017. This represents
64% of all injury-related admissions of cyclists.

Well, maybe that's true... but... but... but... they were probably
*fantasising* about motor vehicles at the time that they crashed their
fairy-bikes into stone walls, pillar boxes, lamp posts, shop windows, etc.
