What are the next phases in the line's development?

When is Bond Street tentatively due to open?

Connecting up the three railways, to be done in two stages, a few months
apart. Currently, trains don't have to run through the new signalling
system changeovers (TPWS-CBTC-TPWS), which is where problems might arise.
Currently it runs as pure TPWS, pure CBTC and mixed TPWS/ETCS railways,
with no service trains crossing the signalling boundaries.

They also don't have to maintain and regulate a merged high intensity
service through the core. Also, problems on the GWR or GER don't spread
across the line yet.

I'm guessing, in July/August. I saw the 'opening soon' signs in the station
as the train rolled through. I think one entrance is complete, but a bit
more work is needed on the other.

Suggestion on one of the youtube videos I looked at seemed to suggest
Autumn (perhaps October) was more likely for Bond St.

Is that based on inside knowledge, or just pessimistic speculation? Were
any details provided of why there would be several months of further
slippage? TfL certainly seems to be much more optimistic.
