social safety-net, to question the safety-net existence and justify mass
neglect, discrimination, inequality, and a two-tiered justice system.

Having said that, of course, half measures don't bring desired results.
People need a full package of opportunities to lead meaningful lives:
they need living standards close to the average in society, but they
need also equal access to education, job opportunities, and social
acceptance. How do you expect them to contribute to society when any of
the above fails to materialist?
Do you question people's innate desire to lead a meaningful existence?
Stop projecting your own character-flaws onto others!

Do you really assert that relatively tiny upper class welfare grifting
millionaire/billionaire class top end of town contributes anything
meaningful to society in return for the wealth/privilege/power they
