A senior World Health Organization official has accused the UK of "moral emptiness and epidemiological stupidity".

But it doesn't matter. Johnson is determined to go for broke, herd immunity, doesn't care that at least 1 in 300 who catch it will die, is determined to ensure everyone is unable to avoid catching it.

He doesn't care that 36% haven't had a booster shot, 17% haven't had a second shot, 9% are completely unvaccinated, can't or won't have it. If they die that's their fault for having not been vaccinated, not his for unleashing unavoidable plague upon them.
