Good on Eternal-September.
Lately some clearly criminal spam is getting through Google. Says a lot
about Google Groups mismanagement which long-long time ago actually had
a reasonably usable Usenet interface. For some very strange reason they
have completely let it go down the gurgler big time. Unlike comments on
YouTube GG-Usenet posts aren't filtered at all. I have tried to file
abuse reports on some of the really-really questionable spam which have
turned up lately but clearly nobody in Google is willing to do anything
about them.

Various newsgroups have been getting flooded with thousands of spam
messages posted with Google Groups, which is what Jonz uses.
Eternal September, among others, are running spam filters that
are likely to be extra suspicious of any GG posts. Individual.net
is likely also doing that and hence some posts from Jonz are
probably being deleted as spam by mistake.
Ausics is now just blocking all Google Groups posts,
