Good morning from Somerset.
31F and 1036mb. There is a blue sky and the sunshine has reached the
tops of the distant hills, but the air temperature hasn't risen and the
frost remains. It is likely to stay dry and bright all day though.

Mornin' from a dry, bright sunny but very chilly day here in South
Yorkshire. Frost was still covering the car when we got up this morning
at around 09:00, but with very little could around BYT was able to, at
least, clear that quickly. Temperature is now only 3.3�C (37.9�F) but
feeling much more like 0�C (32�F) with the wind-chill from that 10 mph
wind from the freezing winds from the NW. Barometric pressure is
climbing again at 1037 3 mB with RH showing as 51%. Forecast is for the
mostly clear sky to remain unchanged for the rest of the day, meaning
that the peak temperature this afternoon is likely to only reach around
7�C (44.6�F) with more frost to greet us tomorrow morning too. Have a
great day everyone. Despite what Boris is saying , take care and stay
safe.
Tabby again was waiting outside with Sootie last night at 23:30 when
I called her in for the night, so both had hearty suppers before Sootie
went to her bed and Tabby went off on her rounds. No Tabby as yet
today, and Sootie stayed out until I had finished putting the washing
out, and then went off on walk-about. I wonder if Tabby will have
returned by lunchtime.
