Well Woodside is not meeting their obligations under gas reservation
policy, but the CEO seems to get preferential treatment from police when
scary protestors show up.

Nope, she got special treatment when the protesters were well out of line.

That is why all resources should remain in full public ownership and
control. If a private company wants to dig something up and sell it
somewhere else first it must purchase every single gram of that resource
at the current international market price from the actual owner of that
resource. And of course, the seller (i.e. the Australian public) has the
right to determine how much of it is put up for sale and how much is
held back for domestic use only. Fuck Woodside!

> but the CEO seems to get preferential treatment from police when

All protests must be fully protected by the laws of the land unless they
actually turn violent which is of course a big no-no.
If robber baron capitalists creeps don't like that idea, maybe they
should be deported to wild-west style anarcho capitalist shitholes like
Argentina, Florida or Texas. Get rid of these bastards ASAP.

Nuclear Power is a cheaper option than uncompleted Snowy 2.0 ($40
billion) is and guaranteed to work capable of 10,000MW, Newcastle's
coal station under 3,000MW. Snowy is 5,000MW.

Snowy 2.0 will take over 20 years more to be completed.

Very possible to have a Japanese Nuclear power station ($20 billion)
built in five years time by Japanese, then run by Japanese safely.
In ten years training, Australians Should then be trained to take
over.

That number is straight from your arse, we can tell from the smell.

So the same as Hinkley C

How odd that the poms didnt go that route. And neither has anyone else.

The Japs haven built one since 2009 and its been shut down for 12 years.

Pity about Fukushima.

No point in having the japs run it for 5 years.
