Mornin' from a dry, very mild, bright and sunny day here in South
Yorkshire. Cloudless with just BYT up there. Temperature out there is
12C (53.6F) but feeling more like 11C (51.8F) in the slight breeze
from the ESE. Barometric pressure is still climbing at 1043.3 mB with
RH showing as 67% and falling. It is rumoured that in a few days time
that the pressure will be up in the 1050s - don't ever remember it
aspiring to those heights before. I wonder, will all our ears be
popping when it gets up there? Forecast is for it to partially cloud
over but remain dry and with the temperature to peak at 13C (55.4F)
Sootie ventured out around 08:30 before breakfast as it was such a
pleasant day. When she returned, she turned her nose up at food and
went up to her bed to snooze. I'm now wondering who's breakfast she's
shared today. No sign of Tabby yet but she did turn up for a midnight
supper yesterday.

Not sure if it has been noted?
Today the hours of daylight and night are both 12 hours.
Sunrise 6.14 am, Sunset 18.14. (In Nth Drbyshire).
Not at all sure about the rest of the country?

Interesting point - when you think about it, the timing of the equinox
must be dependent on longitude ?
